What we value the most in all our programs.
Parent oriented
We believe that parents are the primary spiritual leaders for their families and strengthening parents will lead to greater long term student success. We make sure one core element of each program connects with our parents, our partners in spiritual development.

Intentional shepherding
We provide small groups so students are connected with a leader who helps them talk about what they are learning. This should become a life long pattern. Small groups lead to more significant relationship development.

Experiential
We believe lessons should be interactive, always seeking to be more than merely rote learning. They should vary and include visual, auditory and tactile elements to address more than one primary learning mode.

Cognitive developmental approach
We teach utilizing current scientific research to make our programs better at reaching students. Concepts from Piaget, Erikson, and advanced teen development theory are critical for social development, kindergarten readiness, and growing in God's word.

Family based corporate worship
Students learn to worship God, to pray, to sing based in part on following the patterns their parents set for them. It is not our intention or priority to divide the family unit during worship time.

Intentional community
Programs and students are blessed when parts of events, or events themselves, are based purely on fellowship. We learn from each other and grow together when we have the opportunity to spend time with each other in community.
